Overview: This old house of 200 sq metres on two floors is in poor condition and needs a fair amount of work to make it habitable. It has a good garden and plenty of land (6,000 sq metres) which is mainly covered in olive trees. The amount of land means that more building work (possibly a further 200 sq metres) could be carried out if required.  Alternatively, the owner may be prepared to split the property and land into two. When the olive trees have been trimmed there should be a very good view across the east coast and over to the Greek mainland in the distance.
Situation: It is in a good position just outside Magazia on the road to the west coast.
