Situated on the road from Fontana to Magazia this land will have good views to the sea once the trees have been trimmed. It is within walking distance of both Magazia and Fontana.
Neighbours: There are large villas along the road but you should be able to find a fairly private spot to build on this fairly large plot of land.
Access: There is access to the land from the road. The land is currently covered in scrub and olive trees but once these have been trimmed there will be a view across to the Greek mainland.

Being fairly central it is a long walk to all the beaches. It is however only a short trip in the car and there are plenty of beaches from which to choose.

There is a supermarket just down the road in Magazia and, in the opposite direction, a smaller mini-market in Fontana.

There are tavernas and a kafenio in Magazia and Fontana , and a much wider choice a short car ride in Lakka, Loggos and Gaios.
